A Kind Heart offers exchanges or store credit only.

Items can be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase date.

Products must be unaltered and original receipts provided.

 

Any items purchased in december can be exchanged up until January 15, 2026.

This will act as our extended holiday exchange policy only.

 

Policy:

  • Items must be exchanged to A Kind Heart in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable.
  • Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.
  • All 50% off items are final sale.
  • Beauty items are final sale.
  • All earrings are final sale.
  • Swimsuits are final sale.
