• Includes three flavors, each in a 80 g jar: White Raw, Turmeric Gold Superfood, and Cinnamon Spiced Craft
• It may be thicker than you're used to, mainly because of the floral sources in the region it's made. Alberta honey is known for its thicker consistency and white colour
• Certified by the Canada Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and the Food and Drug Agency (FDA) processes and labeled according to regulation

• Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place, like your pantry, cupboard or even on the counter! Refrigeration will cause the honey to have an even thicker consistency
• Don’t microwave! It'll reduce its nutritional value
• Honey doesn't go bad or expire. The 3-year best before date on the jar is a guideline. Chances are, you'll finish your honey way before then!
• It won't crystallize into larger honey grains, as other brands on the market tend to do
• If you prefer runnier or thinner honey, give the jar a warm water bath:)
• Separation is normal (just like natural peanut butter) because of the varying moisture levels in the harvest. Simply stir it back to the way you like it:)
